About the Clinics

Build Skills Week by Week

Our Weekly Field Hockey Clinics offer athletes a consistent, high-quality training environment to build skills, confidence, and game IQ over time. Hosted in partnership with Unlimited Sports Action, this 6-session series is designed for players who want to improve through repetition, coaching, and competitive play. Led by current collegiate athletes, each session provides a balance of technical development and live gameplay, helping players grow week to week while staying engaged in a fun, competitive setting.

Each 90-minute clinic is structured to maximize touches and development. Sessions will include stick work, passing patterns, defensive and offensive positioning, and situational drills before progressing into small-sided games and competitive scrimmages. With a recurring format, athletes benefit from consistent coaching feedback and the opportunity to track their improvement across multiple sessions.
